Meet Shannon! Shannon has worked in pharmacy for more than 14 years and became a registered pharmacist in 2024. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, he was awarded Intern Pharmacist of the Year in 2023. Shannon is passionate about helping people understand their health and medications. He enjoys taking the time to answer questions and help patients feel confident about their health care choices. Outside of the pharmacy, you'll likely find Shannon spending time with Rylee his beautiful dog and enjoying the local community.

Emma joined the pharmacy industry in 2026 and has quickly discovered a career she truly loves. With more than 11 years of experience working in aged care, she brings a wealth of compassion, understanding and dedication to every interaction. Her background in aged care has given her an appreciation for the importance of kindness, patience and community support. She enjoys supporting customers with their healthcare needs and she make sure everyone that comes through the door feels welcomed and cared for. When she isn't at work, Emma loves spending quality time with her husband and children, you can find her curled up with a decent cup of tea and a good book and playing with her dog Noosa.
